Where does it come from? What is an ISP? What is a cell carrier? What is the difference? Shopping around for service and understanding what you pay for. Reporting outages and more!

Setting Up Your Internet 

This class will cover your local area network (the internet in your home). How to set it up, how to optimize it, how to troubleshoot common issues. 


Wednesday, September 27th from 1-2pm 

The Cloud 

The 4 W's (and one H) of the Cloud. We will cover What, When, Where, Why, and How.
